Rhea Fernandez is a creative business leader known for building the operational backbone behind culturally driven work. With over a decade of experience across art, commerce, and brand partnerships, she specializes in scaling studios with intention — creating the structure that allows bold ideas to thrive.
Before co-founding Crush Studios, Rhea served as Director of Business Operations at Hebru Brand Studio, where she helped transform a boutique practice into a nationally recognized creative force. Blending financial expertise with a refined design sensibility, she brings both strategy and vision to every product.
Bianca Garcia is a Texas-raised photographer known for work that’s culturally attuned and visually arresting. With a background spanning editorial and commercial projects, she collaborates with leading brands to create imagery that feels immediate, expressive, and impossible to look past.
Her work is driven by an instinctive use of color and a sharp ability to pull real presence from every subject. Each project is approached with a balance of creative intuition and clear production direction — allowing ideas to translate seamlessly from concept to final frame.
